24-Hour Notice Required We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee (due at booking time). This fee also applies to no-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice). Package Appointments Clients who have purchased a treatment package must still provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. If a package client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without proper notice, that session will be forfeited and deducted from the package. No exceptions. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
